What are the different Exams-Zone products are available?

At the moment four different Exams-Zone products are available:

        This product should be used as preparation before the exam.
        Q & A's are provided in PDF format. You download it and use it on your local PC.

What does your Q&A with explanations entail?

Our Q&A with explanations contains simulated exam questions with the most accurate answers. Each answer is thoroughly explained, including the incorrect answers. With our Q&A you should be able to pass the certification exam at your first attempt. More information can be found on our products page.

Does your entire Q&A include explanations?

No. Our goal is to provide explanations to our entire Q&A. There is still some Q&A without explanations.

How can I detect if a product has explanations or not before I make the purchase?

At the products page checks if it is a Q & A with explanations or a Q & A.

Questions and Answers with Explanations

Updates

Are your updates free?

Free updates are available for 3 months after the purchase. After 3 months the product is considered expired and is removed from the member zone of the user.

Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?

Expired products can be repurchased at 50% discount from within your member zone.

How often are your products updated?

Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study guides to accurately reflect the current exams.

How do I know that there has been an update?

There are several ways:

  1.   Status on and a purchased product can be found on the download page in the member
        zone.
  2.   Date of latest release can also be found on the products page.
  3.   We also send updates on a regular basis to our register members when we update
        exams.

In general, you should always check for a new update 3-4 days before you plan to take the exam.

How do I receive my updates?

Just sign in and go to members area you will find the updates alternatively just send us mail on admin@exam-zone.com with you order no. name, email address

We will send you updates through mail attachment.

There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?

The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.

Samples

Your products sound interesting, but I'd like to try before I buy. Do you have any demos?

Yes we do. On our Samples page you will find examples of our Practice exams. There are samples of two exams from all the certificates we cover. Further requests for samples can be provided. Please, e-mail admin@exam-zone.com and state which sample you would like to receive.

I want a sample of another Exams-Zone product. Is this possible?

Yes, we can provide samples of all our products. Just mail your sample request to admin@exam-zone.com and you will receive any sample you want promptly.

Quality

What is the quality of the Exams-Zone products?

Our goal is the have at least 95% exam coverage and at least 95% accuracy.

How is the quality of the Exams-Zone products achieved?

Our experts, íncluding MCSEs, MCDBAs, MCTs, CCNPs, CCIEs, etc. verify the answers and provide explanations. Especially providing explanations increases the accuracy of the answers. We also receive customer feedback on our products. So, we constantly have to review our products. This guarantees a high quality.

I think I have found an incorrect answer in one of your products/I don't understand one of questions/One of the questions seems incorrect. What should I do?

Purchase Questions

How to pay

How do I pay for the products?

There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers use online payment with credit card. If no credit card is available Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer can also be used.

1. Online using credit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast. The purchased products will immediately be available for download. There is no extra charge.

2. Bank wire. We only accept bank wire for larger purchases, typically at least 5 products. There will be some delay, typically between 3 and 8 days for the bank wire to come through.

   
   

3. Western Union. We accept Western Union Money Transfer for any purchase. They payment is very quick, typically within 5 minutes. You will have the products available within some hours after the money transfer.
   Use the www.westernunion.com site to locate a office close to you (Find Agent Location). If you are interested in Western Union payment, please contact admin@exam-zone.com for further instructions.
   

Which credit card do can be used for the purchase accept?

We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, JCB, and Diner's Club International

Is my Credit Card Information secured at your site?

Absolutely secure it guaranteed by our Canadian Credit Card Processor PaySystems.com.

I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your site?

Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you, never stored anywhere on our server.

Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?

At Exams-Zone we hate Spam mail as much as everyone else and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list.

How to purchase

How do I make an online purchase?

Select the appropriate products from the Exams-Zone products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Select Purchase Items. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase. If this is the first purchase at Exams-Zone and you are not a registered user, you will be registering yourself at Exams-Zone.
After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member Zone.

How to access purchased products

I have made an online purchase. Were the purchased products?

The purchased products are available at your member zone.
Here is the procedure to download your product:

1. Go to www.westernunion.com
2. Login Enter e-mail and password

3. Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. Just click the links.
   
   

I do not have any credit card. Can I purchase Exams-Zone products?

Yes, Exams-Zone accepts Bank Wire and Western Union. Contact admin@exam-zone.com for further instructions on how to purchase with Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer.

Do I receive a receipt?

Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt.

Should I keep the receipt?

Yes, we recommend you should keep the receipt and not throw it away. It might be needed later, for example if the exam is retired and replaced with another exam.

Purchase Problems

I am not able to add products to my Shopping Cart. What is wrong?

Ensure that your cookies are enabled. To be able to make online purchases at Exams-Zone cookies must be enabled.

The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do?

Our experience is that 99% when this problem occurs is that some information is missing or is incorrectly type. Such as card number, security code or expiry date.
Please, check carefully and try again.

I am absolutely sure I entered the correct credit card information, and still the system does not accept it. What should I do?

We have used several different credit card processors' companies. Each Credit Card Processor has different methods of checking the validity of the Credit Card. We have noticed that some that are approved by one Credit Card are not approved by others, and vice versa. If you are unlucky your credit card will not be approved by our current Credit Card processor.

You can try another card or use an alternative payment method. There are two alternative methods of payments:

1. Payment through Bank Wire.
2. Payment through Western Union Money Transfer.

The purchase went through successfully, and I received an order confirmation e-mail. Still the purchased products do not show up in my member zone. What is wrong?

What is certification?

The certification is your way to success. People with work experience have no way to prove that they have learned certain skills. So vendors test the person's skills and upon passing a required test, they are awarded certain credentials. Here are just a few:

I am interested in certification. What should I do? I don't want to spend too much money.

The most cost-effective way to obtain certifications is to study at home. The problem is to get the best and most accurate information. We would suggest that you for each certification use the following:

1. One Study Guide including Concepts and Labs. Exams-Zone provide Study Guides for some exams: 70-210, 70-215, 70-216, 70-217, 70-218, 70-270, 70-228, 70-229, CCNA, A+ Hardware, A+ OS.

2. Questions and Answers with explanations. After studying this product you will be ready to pass the test. Most Questions and Answers are priced at between 29$ and 59$.
